The challenge

Acme Apparel runs 38 active collections across seasonal drops and evergreen categories. Inventory shifts daily during sale periods. Their merchandiser spent Sunday evenings dragging sold-out products to the bottom of collections — and still missed real-time changes during the week.

“We would find a bestseller sitting at position three, completely sold out, on Monday morning,” said James M., founder. “Customers were clicking dead products before they found anything buyable.”
