Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Start on Free with up to 5 collections and 50 tracked products. Upgrade to Growth ($9.99/mo) or Pro ($19.99/mo) from the in-app Pricing page when you need more.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on your monthly invoice. Upgrades open Shopify's secure billing approval page. You can downgrade to Free at any time from the Pricing page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Change plans from the curatify app Pricing page. Shopify handles proration when you change plans mid-cycle.
Which collections are supported?
curatify works with manual collections. Collections using automated Shopify sort rules (best selling, price, etc.) cannot be reordered and are shown as blocked in the app.
What happens when I downgrade to Free?
Your data stays in place. If you exceed Free plan limits, you won't be able to enable additional collections until you upgrade or disable some.
What happens when I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your billing period. Uninstalling the app removes app-specific data; your Shopify products and collections are never deleted.
