Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of curatify, a subscription Shopify app operated by Kashyap LLC ("curatify," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing the app, starting a trial, or using curatify, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

curatify is a Shopify app that sorts products within your collections based on inventory levels and rules you configure — including automatic out-of-stock sorting, restock restoration, and product pinning on Growth and Pro plans. You receive access to the curatify application and related features for the plan you select (Free, Growth, or Pro).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business entity that owns the Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & billing

curatify offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Growth and Pro) billed through Shopify on your monthly invoice. Current plan names and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Free plan. You may use the Free plan within its published limits (collections and products tracked). If you exceed Free limits, you must upgrade or disable collections before enabling more.

Payment. Paid plans are processed by Shopify Billing. By upgrading, you authorize recurring charges until you downgrade or uninstall.

Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled or downgraded.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the curatify app billing settings, by uninstalling the app from Shopify, or by emailing hello@curatify.io. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Collections revert to their Shopify-native order when the app is uninstalled.

Refund policy

If curatify is not right for you, contact us at hello@curatify.io within 14 days of your first paid Shopify charge for a refund consideration, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use curatify for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Shopify's terms of service
Attempt unauthorized access to curatify systems, other accounts, or third-party integrations
Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service without written permission
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service or connected Shopify stores

Shopify platform

curatify is a third-party app on the Shopify platform. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own terms. We are not responsible for Shopify platform outages or changes that affect app functionality.

Intellectual property

curatify, its software, branding, and content are owned by Kashyap LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

Disclaimer of warranties

curatify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashyap LLC and curatify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to curatify in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100 USD.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
